The sex drive is a weird thing. It convinces you it's this great pleasure, but it's really just anticipation. I don't think you will find any satisfaction there, joy, fulfillment, or meaning. Meanwhile, life and things with real meaning are lost and forgotten.

I think he's saying that whatever you did till now was just fake, totally fake. Looking at fake women with breast implants and wanting them. Porn makes man to think of only wanting a pornstar like women, not the real ones. Leaving porn will make men think about real women and go behind them instead of jerking on a screen to a fake thing. 5th point is that with semen retention, men and women will respect you more.
