While watching porn we wire ourselves to feel that life has no meaning if there isn't any sex in it. Getting off becomes your brain's primary concern, therefore, if you're not getting it from women, then you want to get it from something else.

The whole point of nofap is to rewire yourself, to abstain from porn and masturbation, to occupy yourself with new hobbies, new tasks, and learn more about yourself and others in the process.

I wish someone would have told me this at 17. Everything spiritual I had to do on my own. What's even more funny, but angers me, is that my dad is finally giving me some spiritual advice, but it's too late now. Should have told me when I was younger. It makes me bitter and resentful.

That's not how this works, 90 days doesn't mean anything if you're just counting the days to go back to porn. You're not rebooted.
