I can answer this one (I think, hopefully not making false assumptions or stepping on any toes, but wanting to help the new comer)

SR stands for Semen Retention, also none as "hard mode" or "monk mode", and it means no ejaculation/emissions at all . . . or simply No Masturbation and No Sex. There are mixed opinions about whether wet dreams count since the goal is to retain all semen.

A streak is simply the number of days that one has met their goals. For some here, that is no P, for some it is no P or M and for those practicing Semen Retention, it is no P, M or O. (PMO stands for Porn, Masturbation and Orgasm).

 

Means I am on a roll in consecutive months.

Hadn't thought of that, but I guess that's true, as long as one doesn't M or O.

(and this is coming from someone with a serious edging problem - @shorty1 that's where a person masturbates but doesn't O)

and . . . I guess someone could practice SR while still watching porn, and edging. I've had several 100+ day streaks without O but struggled with edging. I can't look at P though, if I do I will edge all day and eventually slip with MO.

I would like to never masturbate again indeed, only do sex. However, in reality, i think won't be possible at this moment to do this (albeit i will try my best to stay away for a long time).
