To be honest, for me the answer is no. I don't want to masturbate compulsively, but I don't see myself giving it up completely.

For one, you'll just get a wet dream if you don't, so I'd still have stained sheets to clean one way or another. On the other hand, as many guys have reported, their sex drive eventually "recovers" after a period of PIED, but getting awkward boners isn't fun, especially in public. It can be irritating to deal with from time to time. I suppose maturbation has some benefits within moderation; it helps to prevent the "irritation" and "discomfort."

On the other hand, I don't think I would do it with porn in front of me. I really want to quit adult content and remove it from my life completely. So in the end, I just accept that I'm a sexual creature. I'm going to feel sexual urges, porn or no porn. I think one problem with Nofap is that we conflate natural urges with a desire to relapse.
