I've realized I REALLY need a rest day, I'm overworking myself. Just started working again, and the shop is taking its toll on me. I'm counting that as exercise, lol

  4. Goblet squats, one arm shoulder pess, lunges, curls, tricep kickbacks, and side lateral raises.

  7. Heavy squats and some Romanian deadlifts again.

Squat working sets were 350x3, 400x3 and 450x3. Romanian deadlifts were 280 for 4 sets of 8. I hate doing this little volume but I need to focus on the long term goals and not injure myself.

Some get ups, cleans, military presses, swings and snatches with a new kettlebell size. Felt great!
    All the best!
    Stay strong!

Great swimming! Do you swim in the ocean, or in the pool?
Are those pounds, or kg? Whatever unit you are using, it is very impressive! Keeping healthy is key! Good thought. :)

    2x 30 pushups
    2x 30 situps
    2x 50 second plank
    2x 30 butterflies w/ 10lb weight
    2x 30 curls w/ 10lb weight
I'm getting really tired of using my own body weight and these dinky little 10lbs, and my progress is slowing down. Considering getting a gym membership soon.

  15. Good job. Stay consistent.

  18. Went hiking first thing this morning, the fresh snowfall made it rather scenic. One of the perks of working weekends is not seeing many people on my days off. All the trails were barren and I had the pleasure of listening to nothing but the snow and twigs crunching under my feet. I'm going to do some heavy ab work and shrugs later on.

That sounds wonderful! =) I congratulate you on your experience! :)

I see! How large is your pool? Here we can choose between 25m and 50m. While the latter seems huge I found it quite motivating to do longer
    stretches of swimming. :)

    Update:
Played around with my trusty kettlebells. One of my best investments so far. I got noticable stronger. :) Progressing is lovely.

Cheers and stay strong you wonderful people!

  20. @Baldur The pool is 100 ft. I swim a 200 foot lap in 1:25 +/- 0:03 . The pool helped me get in shape. There is 25m pool in town too, but I rarely use it. Swimming seems to be a good full body workout for me.
