This is my first post and I am new here. My longest streak is 25 days and I noticed that my life was significantly improving but I can't seem to get back on track. My skin cleared up completely and I was on the verge of getting a girlfriend but I messed up and relapsed and am upset with myself. I am currently on day 4 and every time it gets worse. This time has to be the worst time where I have no energy and feel an overall sense of anger and people moving away from me. I need to cut this bad habit out right away before things go downhill. I'm tired of trying. The first week is literal hell and after that its not so bad and my brain begins to heal. It's just getting back to that point that bothers me and I seem to have an issue with a sense of feeling like it's taking too long but in reality its not. Combined with my job and attempting school it seems all impossible at once. That's what excessive years of M and P and sitting in my room all day in front of my computer have turned my brain into. Complete mush and anxiety and depression and anger. If I can get back to the 25 days I know I will do it all the way to 90 and beyond this time because I'm not going back to the mush and will accomplish great things. We are in this together!
