This is a service announcement, there’s a coconut oil spillage on isle 3, coconut oil spillage on isle 3...thank you.

 

I’m a huge advocate for coconut oil. I have super sensitive skin 100% awesomeness for a moisturizer daily after a shower. It cleans your teeth, it’s a natural 20% sunblock (sensitive skin can’t use sunblock even hypoallergenic kinds).
It blocks free radicals too as I suffer from heat rash and not once have I experienced it since using only coconut oil (bonus is I have an amazing tan even with living in WA state) and really good for your hair as hot oil conditioner.
In the trying to conceive communities there is a reference to “coconut babies” because it is an amazing natural lubricant and has helped With TTC. I being sensitive have a problem with the crap lubricants you get in stores. I only buy the 100% natural with no additives.
****The one draw back is it is not safe to use with condoms, it will weaken them and run the risk of breaking.

 

Coconut oil has been amazing for me as I stage 4 endometriosis for years that has caused many problems hormonally and physically and I have been in a perimenopause for years (premature ovarian failure before 40) however mine most likely from endometriosis.

Fascinating that so many here echoed this comment - especially the SOs. I was genuinely surprised. One of my oldest and biggest bitches about sex with my wife was her lack of interest in foreplay. like 5 minutes then she wants uhh.... the main deal. and that lasts another 5 minutes. then done. since she also is apparently unaware that round 2 can be a thang, it means the whole enchilada is 10 minutes or so. I always just thought she was trying to get it over with as quickly as possible - maybe not !?!?!?! mind blown...

I'm an every morning bulletproof coffee guy - started as coffee+butter+cocnnut oil. I've upgraded now to replace the coconut oil with pure C8 oil. super yum and not hungry til after lunchtime.

 

so the C8 is mo' bettah than coconut oil if keto is your thing - the bulletproof folks sell their version, but there are plenty of knockoffs available on amazon (where else?!?!)

i use a powdered form of C8 - so it doesn't really apply as a lubricant... not that it's an option right now anyway :-(

At risk of sounding like a commercial this stuff is amazing but you do need to drink a lot of water! I have been using it for years, it works for women who do have issues with producing natural lubricant, CM.

What the crap?! While I can always appreciate a good quickie or an afternoon delight, I would gladly take hours of foreplay as often as my hubs offered it.

crazy how many folks around these parts are part of couples with mismatched libidos and couples that never figured a mutually satisfactory solution...

falling in love with someone with the same libido seems like pure chance - so no surprise there. but never working out a mutually satisfactory solution seems to imply we all have other problems with things like empathy, and being more concerned about our ourselves than our partner.
