I am 28 years old and am married with 2 young children. Porn, in some measure, has been a part of my life since I was 8 years old. I was at a friend's house whose father had a large pornography collection and would often let his boys have limited access to it.
Initially, my only access to pornography was late night cable television, but when internet access was available, I found myself looking more regularly. My parents were well intentioned, but not mindful of the dangers the internet posed, but having said that, I completely own my struggle.

I've been in probably the lowest point of my life emotionally and spiritually the last 6 months...during a season that should be the best. I have a great wife and two beautiful children and pornography, lust, and masturbation are literally dehumanizing me and robbing me of joy.

I'm 4 days into NoFap and I am done with this shit. Initial goal is the whole month of July. I'm doing this for my wife and my boys.

Congratulations on your first 4 days, I hope you can leave porn forever. Don't give up.
