34 here, we gotta push through these days. Urges for me are real and present..almost messed up today. glad I didn't. My brain is trying to find a reason, I just won't let it. I won't

  9. Had a good day working out at the gym. Staying positive about no PMO. Good to have the support and read the success stories. Helps when the urges hit.

  10. 38 days no PMO and had a good day. Focusing on taking care of myself by going to the gym, eating healthy, and getting plenty of rest. Urges were minimal.

Wow, it's great to read about your phenomenal progress! I've never made it 38 days, but I will this time. And thanks for your comment on my post. I like your focus on the gym and taking care of yourself. I gotta get back to that in the new year... Keep it up, & take care, xo

  12. Congratulations! I'm on my 4th day, you're my inspiration. Thank you.

  13. 4 days is a big accomplishment. It gets more tolerable with time. Keep on the journey and post your progress to help others. We are all with you.

  14. Thanks, keep posting it helps others. I have my hard days but none are worse than feeling trapped in this obsession. Good luck on your journey.

  15. 40 days no PMO and discovering my brain wants to look on social media for health tips but from triggering people. This is a bummer because I was getting some good info but lingering and returning to some pictures. Although not P I know my brain is getting a hit. I have deleted the app and will check this in to be accountable.

  16. Christmas and 43 days no PMO. I am traveling and it would be easy to make some excuse to PMO but sticking with the plan.

  18. 48 days no PMO hard mode. Good day at the gym. Spent good time with friends. Willing and hopeful today. Thanks to all the faptronauts!

  19. Day 50 New Year's Day no PMO. Amazing how one day at a time has added up. I won't forget all I have is today. Who knows what will happen tomorrow. Mood is considerably better. I believe exercise has also helped to replace some of the wasted time fapping. Very humbled reading all the journeys of fellow nofappers.

  20. 54 days no PMO. Feeling willing and optimistic.
