  1. Urges a bit higher today. Day 14 complete.

  2. 15 days without PMO. Stressed today due to sick father. I would like to escape but know where it leads and not willing to go there today.

  3. 17 days without PMO. I am grateful for all the people that struggle with PMO on this site and share their journey. It continues to get me through the day.

  4. Time moves on. 18 days no PMO. Urges low today.

  5. Actually 19 days today. Loosing track. Good thing I guess.

  6. Starting day 22 no PMO today. Urges have not been to difficult but finding the mind trying to create anxiety at home and work. Trying to remember no matter what my mind creates it will not help to PMO.

Good job boxer, I'm 2 days behind u. Let's keep it that way till at least 90. I'm sorry to hear for your father hopefully he pulls through. The struggle is real but so is life..I'm enduring life's ups and downs. as compared to before I was always escaping downs with PMO. Now we face things in life like men, face to face, no running. that's the way it should be.

  15. Day 28 no PMO. Felt triggered past day. I know PMO is not the answer. That is a rabbit hole that will never end. Exercise and taking care of myself today is the goal.

nice, day 26 for me. Agreed boxer, PMO is a endless cycle which must end and the only one to end it is the one doing it. stay strong man

  17. Good to hear faptrap you are on a streak close to mine. Helps me know I am not alone. Keep up the good work.

  18. Ending day 29 and starting 30 days no PMO hard mode. I found myself looking at a social media app yesterday with the idea I would check on a couple of people I followed in the past. I found myself wanting to look for innocent gym pictures. Realizing this would lead to fantasy and eventually P I called a Fapstronaut and deleted the App. It's good to have accountability on this journey. One day at a time has been a helpful tool. I can't look any further ahead on this journey. Greatful for all the Fapstranauts on the site sharing their journeys.

  19. 33 days today. Very tired and stressed so I feel triggered. I know PMO IS NOT THE ANSWER

31 for me boxer, I'm feeling the same as You. I think I'm flatlining.no motivation at all, tired at work, just feeling out of it..I know this will pass. Keep going strong man and stay your path..PMO leads to worse
