Sounds like you are making real progress. Yes, I'm been stumbling around for the last few months, but feel like I'm ready for a nice long run again. The last time I made it over 30 days it was a struggle until I reached my new record of 56. The next time I made it to 30 it seemed a lot smoother. I really think this is a process of retraining our brains and it gets easier with practice.
