I take a lot of meds for Psych issues and one of the side effects has been ED. I'm getting married at the end of August and I do have some blue pills now that they have become affordable, but I still find it hard to climax. I believe this is due partially to my overexertion to make myself climax. In an attempt to reach that point on my own I would look at porn.

While it's been difficult I've entered a sort of death spiral where the more work it takes the more exertion I use and the longer it takes. It's regressed into a daily affair at this point and can take up most of my day. I don't currently have a "day job" but now I don't have (or more honestly make) enough time to do all the things I wan't and need to do. So I've become an addict. I'll feel like I 'need' to climax but I can't so I work harder to maybe get me there but that makes it even harder the next time

So now I'm here looking for support. I'm almost through day one which I admit is a start, but now I have to make it through day two. And since I've made it through day one before, I know how hard it is for me to get through day two. I know all the tips and tricks to use given my psych patient background. Now I'm just looking for a place of support to help me to make it to day three, and four, and so-on.

Thanks for giving me a place to anonymously find the help I need.

P.S. If you have a religious core for your suggestions please understand and don't be offended that I won't be able to be supported in that way. Thank you for understanding our differences.
