***The Gratitude Attitude Challenge***

I am grateful for having had a hedgehog for a day
I am grateful for my japanese instructor
I am grateful for the time that i have

 

For i did not relapse though i have urges yesterday
For a good sleep
For my healthy body now

 

I am grateful for

The sunset and how it wrapped me in gold

An excess of great groceries and even sushi for dinner

Finished my office work in time

 

I am grateful that I'm going to see a dietist today.
I am grateful that I had dinner together with a friend yesterday.
I am grateful that I'm getting close to my longest streak ever.

 

Today I'm grateful for exercising – even when I don't feel like it!
I'm grateful for realising the hard thing to do is often the best thing to do.
And I'm grateful for a positive mindset and new opportunities.

 

I am grateful for

The kind support and loving words and the sweet affection my SO offered me yesterday

Finally getting a water filter for my home

The resources so I can touch people’s hearts with kind gestures

 

I’m grateful for the opportunity to hear a billionaire speak today
I’m grateful for being somewhat caught up and not getting an anxiety attack
I’m grateful for being able to spend five hours on two hours of sleep, before the school day even started (not healthy but my calc lclass is hell)

 

I am grateful for no longer having a hedgehog
I am grateful for my friend coming from the states today
I am grateful for Sushiro, Hamazushi and Don Quijote for being delicious

 

I am grateful for a sunny day.
I am grateful for having a job
I am grateful for a new day.

 

For having finished exams
For the ability to acess internet hrer and now
For things have been great recently

 

I am grateful for

I am grateful for waking up feeling relatively good.
I am grateful for this forum, since it is a big help in keeping up my streak.
I am grateful for all the support I get from friends, family, my GP, my therapist and my dietist.

 

I am grateful for following things today:

1. For still having sore muscles from working out
2. For visiting the gym!
3. For living an truly awesome live.
4. For having true and loyal friends.
5. For having good parents.
6. For the stuff I own
7. For my nice bed and room!
8. For the fact that my cutting is going great. Currently on 13.8%BF and ~73.2KG. Still going down!
9. For the many amazing people here on the forum!
10. For the nice moderators and administrators which dedicate their valuable free time into this forum. +
