I am grateful for having the opportunity to have any career of my own choosing
I am grateful for being healthy and no diseases
I am grateful for finding nofap, which has improved my life significantly

 

Day 50

I am grateful for this life.
I am grateful for having a calm and and peace state of mind and heart right now.
I am grateful for all the knowledge and support I've gotten in my life.

•Hearing a phenomenal concert tonight
•Being out of town, and still running into friends at Mass
•Time away to recharge and refresh

 

I am grateful for my children, i am so proud of then, i spend the day with them yesterday an they're doing so good in their lives
I am grateful for just being alive and experience so much beautiful things
I am grateful for my health

 

Day 51 of 30

1. I'm grateful that I have a wonderful family, with parents who love me and want the best for me.
2. I'm grateful that I have good and true friends, who care for me and worry about me.
3. I'm grateful that I am alive today, thank you God.

 

I am grateful for time with friends, for wind and water, and for time without PMO.
Life is different now; but the demons remain.

I am at 60 days. Seems like 6 months.

 

I am grateful for eye drops.
I am grateful for dreams.
I am grateful for warm water.

 

I am grateful for:

1. The beverage I am sipping to perk me up.
2. A new day.
3. A new chance.

 

Brothers and sisters. YOU ARE AWESOME! You are seriously inspiring and uplifting. I'm very happy
that in this community, we are such a strong support to each other. This community has grown into such a wonderful
thing....

It makes me grateful to see so many people endeavoring to happy goals and achieving terrific progress. Bumps happen, but great efforts like these are joyous moments in life. Very well done

 

1. We've gotten a lot of snow here lately. I like snow, it's beautiful. I'm grateful for that.

2. I'm grateful for Google, there are things they can be criticized for, but in large they have brought the world absolutely amazing value. Getting access to so much information so easily is incredibly helpful. Google maps has been of great value to me. And Google has been and is driving forward technological advancement a lot.

3. I'm grateful for the Internet. We all know that using the Internet irresponsibly can be destructive. But that actually gives us an opportunity to train our willpower. And it's amazing what the Internet has made possible. Lots of entertainment, but all the information is more important. Knowledge is power. I would be much worse off without all the knowledge and all the opportunities I've gotten because of the Internet.

 

I am grateful for following things today:

1. For my determination to never give up!
2. For the many awesome people here
3. For the countless support I am getting here
4. For my friends and family!
5. For the good and productive day I had today. Really liked it!
6. For my plans for the morrow: I am going to wake up really early, I shall view it as a punishment for my recent relapses.
7. For my recent investments.
8. For going to the gym today!
9. For being quite tired and going to bed quite soon. Good night everyone, stay safe and sound!
