Yesterday: 2.5 km running 15 pull-ups 15 push-ups 10 pull-up jumps (jumping with hands between two bars separated 40 cm) 5:00 min plank My upper body is slowly coming back after all the push-ups I did a few days ago. Soon I am going to take on the challenge again. Would anyone like to join me? I would suggest individual goals. I can arrange automatic notifications every x minutes (by mail) if anyone wants.
Lots of good stuff today. I enjoyed my sparring and the sessions at the heavy bag. All around a beautiful day. Cheers! /Baldur

Yesterday: nothing. really nothing. no cycling, no running, no push-ups, no pull-ups. Sorry. I am going to compensate for that within the end of this week, I promise. Today: 22 km cycling 6 mins plank 7 mins plank 14+12+10 pull-up jumps various exercises for doing one-hand pull-ups (I can lift myself upwards 20 cm now, so close!)
Walked 14,766 steps; 6.99 miles Kettlebells Rows 30# 2x10 ea Press 20# 1x5 ea; 30# 1x5 right, 30# 0 left Since I can't afford a 40# yet, I will start to focus on strengthening my left shoulder. I might have torn some tissue in my left shoulder while lifting weights back in high school. I never got it checked out, and now am paying the price. 20# seems to be all I can lift with that shoulder now.
Good luck with your recovery! Update: Did some dark age training yesterday and it was fun. Cheers! /Baldur
Nice! Update: Did a get up, some push presses, swings with my 32kg. Then some snatches and one arm swings with 24kg. Got a bit sore from yesterdays training. Haha. Keep up the good work! /Baldur
Forgot my pedometer till mid afternoon, but still walked: 11,166 steps; 5.28 miles Kb Swing 30# 3x10 Goblet squat 30# 3x10 Sumo Squat with Upright Row 30# 3x10 I think I need a 40# to work my legs with. I also have to shorten my rest periods. Today's workout took just over 30 minutes.
