My day started with some kettlebell training.
After having a LOT of inspiring "AHAAA!" moments I went to training which was awesome. 3.5 hours of greatness with wonderful people.
Today is a wonderful day and I am very (!) thankful for it. :)

    Cheers!

  8. That sounds like a really nice workout! Keep up with the good work and good luck!

  9. I neither had time to post here yesterday nor did I have time to do any much workout. I did however do the plank for almost 3 mins and cycled 17 km.

Today before breakfast: 2.5 km running, some brick wall climbing, some chins, pull-ups and core training, and then the plank for 3:20 mins. 45 min total. At evening: 3 km walk, brick wall climbing, 25 chins and 25 pull-ups (my personal best!).

  10. What kind of "AHAAA!" moments? Do you mean you did workout for 3.5 hours? That is so nice! Before I got kids I used to be at a climbing center for four hours each time, three times a week. Now that is quite impossible but somehow I manage to get equally much workout anyway with all forms of micro workouts.

    Thank you. I did.
The Aha moments were about university stuff, but also in some training.

After this beautiful day there was a day of disaster and now I did not sleep.
    No exercise today.

  14. You must be foolish to think like this... everyone starts somewhere... and advanced fellows know the real struggle of a beginner so they'll never make fun of you...
AND MOTIVATION CAN COME FROM ANYWHERE... FROM ANYBODY...

  15. I took it easy today, I had to work on a programming project so I didn't have much time over. Nevertheless:

    50 push-ups
333 reps on the hand gripper
    20 pull-ups
    4:00 min plank

    Good luck folks!

    Walked 7,000 steps (3.31 miles)

    Kettlebell Swing 30# 2x8
    Kettlebell Rows 30# 2x8 ea
    Halos of DOOM 20# 2x8
    Kettlebell Press 20# 2x8 ea

I feel like I could get in more reps on the Press if I used a lighter bell. But if I go lighter, I will need to double the reps to get the same volume.

    The usual four:
Deadlifts (sets of 2-3 with 130 kg/132 kg)
Squats (sets of 3 with 70kg/80kg)
    Dips (sets of 5-7)
Weighted chin ups (sets of 3 with 35 kg)
I'm somewhat happy that I progress a little bit.

    Cheers!
