    Finally, I went to the gym again. What have I done? It was time for my push session. I trained my chest and biceps quite well.

    Really glad that my thread is going so great.

    Keep it up everyone, proud of you all!

    Sadly I was inactive for too long. Messed up many times. Here I am back - ready to conquer every challenge that is to come!


    Today: I woke up at 6AM, drove my mother to work (stikes are being held here, trains do not drive). After that I went to the gym and worked out my back, doing my pull exercise. It was exhausting - but really good! Feeling really good now. Time to study!

  7. Today I did my volume pull day.
    Did some pull ups, rows, chin ups, rear delt and biceps. My legs are still sore...

    If I had the time I would want to go and lift 2 hours every day with a rest day whenever I felt I needed one ^_^

    I guess 30-50 minutes 5 times a week is alright for now ^_^

    But I remember earlier I would be in the gym all the time, I loved it. probably one of the happiest periods of my life hehe

  10. Yesterday was my volume push day. Did high reps BP, Incline BP, flies, dips, triceps extensions, OHP and lateral raises. Today I just did some abs and calves work, tomorrow is heavy pull legs day, the hardest day in the week...

    I finally come to word again: I went to the gym yesterday and today.

    Yesterday I trained legs. I only squatted 220LBS, but I leg pressed ~660LBS. Felt really amazing to have that power - when I train after I have a relapse, I have no strength, nor the will to lift that much!
    Today I trained chest. I did various exercises, including positive, negative and neutral bench press. I only benched ~160LBS, but that is quite good for me, especially considering how weak I was before!

    Training in the gym effectively is simply not possible WITHOUT NoFap!

    yo I'm writing already some routines to other challenges, for excercise but I will do the yoga as a new habit , everyday, so day 1 here I come
