  3. I found thirty day pure bodyweight challenge that I'm doing and it's been intense. I'm actually on Day 16 now. Pushups, Situps, Crunches, Squats, Run/Walk, Burpees, and Jumping Jacks. Got them all done today and am in the good type of soreness.

So today i diid 2.5 km cycling
    100 pushaups -10 set each
33 pullups -7 sets of 3 and 3 sets of 4 i know its vary small but my freind suggested to do less pullups in one go and rather increase sets.

  15. Today I finally got to the gym. I feel amazing right now. Did heavy pull and legs workout. This is what I did:
    Heavy Dealifts
Heavy Squats(I had problem with keeping the bar on my traps, so I did only 3 series)
    Pullups with +10kg
    Heavy BB bent over rows
    Heavy biceps curls
    Rack pull above the knee
    Some abs

    Awesome updates everyone! =)

  17. Just got from the gym. Today I did heavy push day, but my workout partner wasn't able to come to gym today, so I had no spotter while doing bench press.
And I failed at it lol. Got so weak after getting only 10 workouts in 2 months. I don't know if the fear of failing that rep also made me weaker, but I was almost forced to do a roll of shame. Thankfully there was a guy close to me and I asked him for some help. If it wasn't him roll of shame would be my only option. :D

In that case you can try this: When you are able to do 10 reps (failing at 10), do 5 instead. Wait a couple of minutes (3) and do 5 again. That way you are not failing, which only impedes your recover, but you are growing stronger instead.
Plus you have the benefit of not having to do that roll. :)
    Update:
Played a bit with my kettlebells, played on trees and did some groundfighting.
    Cheers!

  19. Continuing with the bodyweight regimen. I'm getting so sore and exhausted from it. But, I was able to crank out 55 squats the other day non-stop, so I'm definitely doing something right.
