Super powers.... I can say that if we take a look at the Super powers list, I mostly can relate to most of them but not in a «super» way. I actually consider them as positive benefits but this doesn't make me a super hero, yet.

As I mentioned, I'm at the 73rd day of NoFap and recently go out of the flatline. So perhaps, these positive benefits will increase with time, we shall see.

I think, that I'm in a stage where these benefits are there to stay. The only thing that I have to keep an eye on is the chaser effect after having sex because of the dopamine rush, that brings back a much know good feeling, which was induced by PMO. Sometimes, I have quick flashes of my old way of thinking, I just let them pass through.

Regarding the mood, since I'm getting out of the flatline, I still feel that I'm on the fence of whether I'm happy or sad. I could be easy to get annoyed and depressed, so I try to stay positive and keep a happy trail of thoughts rather than staying on those bad feelings. This helps to go out of the flatline. But at the same time, I try not to get overly excited if I'm happy, I just try and focus on being good in order to not give my brain material to produce to much dopamine. I'm still on my guards.

Overall, yes I fell better and I am happy to have lived the flatline to see what the other side looks like. It lets me have something to hold on and see what's life before, during and after. And man, I wouldn't trade how I begin to feel now for a stupid session of PMO induced by a trickery of my brain during a moment of weakness.

Sounds good man! Am on like day 26 of NO PMO or MO but sex with partner which i dnt want to stop....the sex is gone much better erections come quicker and lasts long.... but havnt had any powers yet am guessing this will come past day 30 or 60? What do u think?

Am defo staying off pmo and mo tho thats shits F**kd up jus gotta keep patiance and wait for benifits to come i guess

Well, everybody is different. The strength of the said powers will be felt differently from one to another. I'd say that in my case it's felt rather mildly. I feel that it's a better overall wellness rather than compartmentalized powers that get boosted.

I personally think that the whole «Super» powers is a tad over hyped. But still, if it can give one a reason to go through NoFap and keep focused on not PMO'ing, why not.

What I think is you should rather concentrate on not getting back in your old habits and time will tell. Also, if you don't hold any expectations in the powers department you may get more surprised than disappointed if you set the bar too high.

BTW: congrats on getting to the 26 days mark!
