Been addicted to PMO since the age of 9 y/o. Now am 37 and decided 69 days ago to quit it all. Been hard on the morale with the flatlining. Been with the same girl for 20 years and been hiding this way of living for all along. Always had a hard time keeping it hard in order to penetrate. I decided that this had to change and I am now seeing good improvement. 21 days to go for the 90 days mark without PM. Been having real good sex and the more I do it the better it gets down there. I don't think I'll be fully recovered at the 90 days mark since PMO has been part of my way of life for so long, but I know I'm on the right path.
