I definitely had this problem before in school. Here is what I recommend you do if you want to stop it: keep a journal and gather the data.

try to write down what happened to you right before you got those urges. Eventually, you’ll see a pattern. For me, I noticed I was doing it when I started getting stressed, so my brain ended up asking for a dopamine release. I ended up replacing the bad habit with calling random friends on a quick walk break

 

One of the things that helps me regulate my behavior is to set a routine and follow it. If you believe there is a likelihood of masturbating at a certain frequency, plan your routine so you won’t be in dangerous places at those times.

Then fill your routine with other activities, so you may reduce the frequency. One step at a time.

Same problem here. I believe its called "compulsive masturbation" and it can quickly spiral out of control (for me anyway) where the shame of what I am doing just drives up the arousal even more.

Many of my worst relapses were in similar situations. And sometimes they start because I get super turned on by something sexually arousing that I see or that happens to me, but other times it's just stress and anxiety

 

That was me last week at work, I was the only one in the office , crazy thing is I wanted to bust another one the next day, I ultimately felt bad and haven’t done it again,

 

I hope you mean that you masturbate in your car when you are stationary with the engine switched off. Masturbating while driving is literally criminal. You can injure/kill yourself and others when you are not paying full attention to the highway.

Yeah you're just feeding your brain dopamine hits due to the habit with added risk. Men have higher risk-taking potential than women, I have read.
Being arrested would work, but it looks like you want to avoid that. How?

 

One thing: try to imagine how it looks to other people, like you watching a video of you doing that. Turn your view in the other direction and onto yourself.
I did the 'public' (but cautious) same as a teen, but really I was just being like some ape who had just discovered that he can connect his penis and his hand.

 

I have the same issue as you. I will see something or even think something erotic and have to find a way to release l. I tell myself it’s ok because I can then go back to doing what I was doing with a clear head without constant agony. This is probably just my porn brain however. If I see a female in something erotic or bending I. Certain ways that is usually when it hits me

I did enjoy wanking in public places or in the toilets or showers for example. I don't have the thing that some of you guys above mentioned, where I have to jerk off then and there.
