    Hello. Call me Silver Alpine.

I'm a 50-something male that was introduced to paper porn and masturbation around age 12 before I could ejaculate. PMO has caused PE (my wife isn't liking that). I started my reboot 80 days ago! Woot! I've changed some habits (my wife is liking that) and have struggled with moodiness (neither my wife nor I are liking that). And my nipples are tender. I'm not liking that, either. But as it gets closer to 90 days, I'm starting to wonder, "How do I know when I'm done?" or "How do I know I've accomplished what I need to accomplish?" and "Now what?"

I came across some ideas on things people may want to know in another section, so I'll add them here:

I am abstaining from orgasm, but my wife didn't sign up for this, so I continue to pleasure her, but she doesn't stimulate me and I don't orgasm. She is looking forward to some good PIV sex; PE has always ruined sex for us both from the first time we had sex on our wedding night four years ago. One of my goals is to overcome PE. I'm abstaining from porn. My source is the computer and I'm a work-from-home computer worker, so it's always available, so I have focused on substituting other things to read when code is compiling or queries are running. My masturbation tended to be while at the computer, so changing these habits means no masturbation, as well. I was watching "To Catch a Thief" last night (don't watch many movies) and got to this sexual innuendo scene with fireworks going off in the background. I turned it off. But I don't watch much TV or movies, so they don't tend to be much of a PMO driver for me.
