    @topjobmate, keep going!!!

    What we've seen in working with guys is this: Month 6-12 is where relapse happens most often. I think it's because guys think "Hey, I've gone 6 months without it. I've got it made," then let their guard down.

    So the fact that you're almost to the 6 month mark AND feeling weak means you're guard is still up.

    So keep going.

    It will get better!!! I promise!

    i was at day 480 and relapsed so thought I'd mention that the PMO habits run exceptionally deep. i did think i had it made.
