    No worries, Melchizedek777. It happens. Don't get too hard on yourself, but try to identify the cause or emotion responsible for the relapse. I believe you can do this just fine! :) Have you started a new journey?

    Good morning @ReInForced_Elk and all challenge crew,

    Progress report = all systems in check and unnecessary urges repressed. Rolling into day 7 of March, meaning roughly 1/4 through March already.

    Take it from me that if you can go clean and change your mindset and control urges in Spring, you will have a productive and successful Summer.

    My steps to succeed in this March mission are:

    1. Daily mantra (I can...., I will... )
    2. Yoga and breathwork
    3. Mindfulness
    4. Exercise (lots of it)
    5. Try to read more
    6. Keep checking in on this post as regularly as possible. It really does help to keep committed and be mindful in times of urges.

    I'm getting better at keeping the thoughts down but it's still a bit of a fight.
    My strategy is
    Praying without ceasing
    Reading regularly especially before bed
    Keep busy
    Fight fantasies the moment they come
    Pee when you need to pee (this might seem strange but it works)
    Listing to music and podcasts

    I have a 8 day streak. Been fapping without porn for months after cutting P on 2021, my longest streak was 148 days if I remember well so I wanna cut PMO forever and be a healthy man.

    My team «BRAVE ONES», Pacience, Humility, Bravery, Discipline, Determination, Hope and Faith cant believe that today is the day we left earth, as we passed throuth the atmosphere we were overwhelming by the beauty of the earth.

    We can just think and ask what the meaning of this paradise, alone in your solar system?
    What is the meaning of our travel, and why we are doing this? Putting ourselfs in such a dangerous zone and overwhelming challenges, without certainty that we are going to
    suceed.

    But the Captain of «BRAVE ONES», dont have doubt in his eyes, the Captain Bravery, just tell to the crew, even if we dont know what lies ahead, we know what lies behind, so we have to move on, foward, humanity count on us, to cross new horizons, to find new resources, to find new homes, to renew hope for all of us!

    Lets walk the path that never was!

    Nice work and kudos to all posters / sharers on this challenge!

    No matter what day you join this challenge on, or whether you experience setbacks on the way, the shared goal is roll into April on a good streak, solid foundations to build on, and with a positive and focussed mindset :emoji_fist:

    @zeke27 I had a similarly length streak last year. We both know it can be done, and we can rewire. I hope we can both beat those streaks this year!

    Day 6

    My team «BRAVE ONES», Pacience, Humility, Bravery, Discipline, Determination, Hope and Faith are almost leaving the earth system behind, right now, we are aproaching to the moon, earth is getting smaller.

    Its hard not to think that our hope and faith is getting smaller as earth become more smaller, that our ground base and security are getting more weaker as we advance. Thats why right now our members Hope and Faith following captain Bravery, are remembering us the reasons why we start this, and are showing us what we can achieve if we suceed.

    The moon seems so nostalgic and so beautifull, make us remember our home, but if we want to go further, just look one last time, and then, move our eyes beyond, our goals are bigger and greater!

    Lets find what exists ahead!

    Check in Day 43 (of no PMO). I did MO today, which for me is not a problem if spaced out. Naturally could have resisted and tried harder to avoid, but for myself the main goal has always been to say goodbye to PMO for good.

    The key thing with these minor setbacks is to know you're not perfect, and whatever we attempt will be a learning experience along the way.

    Keep going guys!! Keep checking in, and keep learning

    My strategy:

    1. My daily Chi Kung exercise series every morning (which I composed myself over the years of qigong training)
    2. Starting the day with green tea and not coffee (which makes me anxious and stressed out)
    3. Eating healthy bread from bakery, not from the store
    4. Taking a very good Omega 3 supplement for the brain and joints
    5. Exercise, every day if possible
    6. Reading and focusing on the task at hand
    7. Seeing a sexual therapist, started one session already (it really helps if you are lucky to find a good therapist!!)
    8. Be kind to people but also treat yourself with self respect not trying to please everyone around you

    Let's keep the spirit of the planets up guys!! We have to move on despite the recent setbacks! ;)

    Day 9

    My team «BRAVE ONES», Pacience, Humility, Bravery, Discipline, Determination, Hope and Faith had their most dangerous day. Today their ship was almost destroyed. The mision was near its endind in major failure. We were hit by a unexpected cloud of asteroids.

    Our mission was to create a March Advanced Life-Support Mission (NO P or M), but because a lot of equipment was destroyed in the accident with asteroids, we have to change our priorities. We still can continue to mars, so we move to the objective March Lite Exploration (No P). We are still alive and thats what matter.

    We are now in deep space, we dont see earth, the moon or whatever planet near us, only the stars high above and far away, the mysteries surround us and the magnitude of our task, starts to be heavy on us.

    Now is important that our members, Pacience and Humility come forward, and secure what is left from our spaceship, to continue our mission.

    Checking in challenge crew. Have coronavirus, missing out on lots of planned activities and feeling unwell.

    These are the kind of times where coming to this forum, writing and reading something affirming, taking some deep breaths, and work through it without resorting to P or PMO (as I would almost always do). :emoji_fingers_crossed::emoji_fist:
