I am going on two weeks no PMO. I haven’t gone two weeks since I got hooked in 1999. I am also going on more than a year alcohol free. My brain feels like it is on fire. I am free and choose to not be a slave anymore.

This is day number 15. My brain feels like it has been short circuiting lately. However, I know that is because I am not giving it high dopamine 3x a day. I am reading how compulsive sexual behavior disorder and gaming addiction are linked. This is not to blame video games, but I see how:

video games stressful homelife + high speed internet + porn + smartphone + social media = addiction.

I have just joined this forum, after running a search on Google. From my experience, if you do not do it yourself, without a support, you will not get over it, but at this point I feel that I NEED anything to keep me from wasting my life on this terrible addiction. Thanks, guys!

 

23 days - pure.
The only things that starts to bother me (a little so far) are thoughts.
No P. No M. Even No S. with my wife.
Some lust memories and fantasies are breaking thru. They only last for seconds as i fight them but they scares me.
Short prayers help so far.

It sounds funny but we need to resist lustful thoughs and day dreaming. They also spikes dopamine and we dont want that plus they are leading to M or P.

I have to remove "O" from my signaure but i guess it will be OK.
Today morning i had sex with my wife and im quite happy as my mind was not wondering nor fantasize. I guess I was 95% present in the moment, place and focused on my wife. As im not "M" i could not last long what was strange expirience but OK. In general it was good.
