    I have the same problem. I masturbate mainly out of boredom and stimulation, even minimal ones. what I can tell you is to advise you to meditate and spend your day with hobbies or smth else. when you feel stressed and on the verge of falling, breathe, calm down, think about what you are about to do and what you could be if you don't fall into temptation.
