    Hmmm. So, no P, but did M & O. I’m splitting hairs here. I have managed to stay away from porn. I knew I was struggling earlier today and I posted in an effort to work through some stuff. I think that worked. But, later there is a breadcrumb trail that leads to my failure. Over the past week, a few things have been chipping away little by little. Not sure how I am going to resolve that yet.

    I am stoked that I have stayed away from porn and also that I was able to function properly without it. To me that is a win. 3 weeks ago I couldn’t function without it. I’m holding my count where it is because still no porn. I’ll think about it over the next few days and then decide if I will revert back to NO PMO. To be clear, I am still working to achieve no PMO, not just No P. But I’ll take the win on that front. Day 1 for No MO.

    Yeah, it can be unrelenting at times. But if you didn't binge, you shouldn't have put yourself back too much anyway. You just picked the scab and made it bleed a little, but the wound won't be right back to day one, it will just put the healing time back a little. You'll probably be back to where you were in a few weeks.

  8. Day 2- Two days without PMO and already I am feeling very good. Maybe its because I am doing some impossible things that I never thought I could accomplish. I decided to challenge myself using the Impossible List template by Joel Runyon (https://impossiblehq.com/impossible-list/) since the beginning of the month by starting with smaller 'impossible goals'. I have to say I have accomplished some really cool things (in my own eyes). Never in my life have I woken up 7 consecutive days at 5:30 am. Now I can't stop waking up early no matter what time I sleep. If I could only schedule my day properly. Never have I done 40 push ups in a row. Never have I done 7 chin ups in a row. Never have I taken cold showers for 10 days in a row. Never have I read a book in a one week. Now I have accomplished all this. I have never attended a networking event until today and it feels great to meet new people yet I feel so anxious. This networking event has made me realize I need to get rid of PMO for good. I met a really beautiful lady and I was almost lost for words. Well, almost. I managed to salvage the situation. Good thing is I didn't try to impress her and pretend so much because that is not what brought me here anyway.

    I want to challenge myself and change how my brain works. I want to change my outlook to stop looking at things as impossible but as doable as long as I am committed to the cause.

    I think by focusing on avoiding porn constantly, I end up thinking about porn most of the time. So focusing on accomplishing other productive things and in this particular case focusing on accomplishing 'impossible' takes my mind off PMO.

    That sounds interesting i will check it out thank you for posting the link, :), @1855 i hope i don't binge , i have been having strong urges after that night, , i will resist and put up my numbers again , i hope so :emoji_dart:. I can never be too optimistic in this situation .

  18. Friend I think you are so strong with yourself. I believe you can go out of this probblem, but this will be not easy. So for beginning you have to do some things that will allow you to be more confident in your process. I think you have to identify what take you to PMO and write it. Then you'll know clearly what you have to avoid. Also you have to read a lot of things about why PMO is so bad for us, and you'll understand what you'll avoid if you only don't do it. Also write a list of your goals and the benefits in your life that you would have if you didn't do PMO and read it every day it will motivate you. So important thing is to set reachable goals, for example 3 or 4 days, then 7 and more and more, this is a process, you will not be cure immediately. and remember you are not alone in this, we all are with you and you have our support
