If I postpone masturbation, I usually do it the next day

    Always when i feel stressed with problems, my brain directly think of masturbation as a way to escape from problems, but if i tried to stop that and postpone it for later i usually end up doing it the nex day or the next few hours!
    is there a way like to stop that ?

    Under what situations do you have the urge and what do you do in those situations other than masturbating? You can only stop a habit by replacing it with something else, so you need to find something else to do in those situations. Also on day 2 tell yourself, “yesterday I had this urge but I was strong enough not to give in. I can do the same thing today.” Then, when you are successful on day 2, reward yourself.

    Thank you for those devices, I will try to work on them. However, I feel stressed when I'm on a deadline and still didn't do the thing that I was supposed to do and I feel like I'm about to explode so I go directly to masturbation, the funny thing is after I do it like 1 hour I go back to the same situation but with no need to masturbate but after like 1 day I repeat the same thing!

    it's like a drug, I deluded myself with it to help me reduce stress, in reality, I wasted 1 hour to 2 hours watching porn, which bothers me because the tension will return. Still, I waste an hour or two hours watching porn every day instead of benefiting from the two hours in my favor to complete my work.

    But the good thing is that when I masturbate once, I rarely do it the second time on the same day, as it usually happens the next day.
    And if I withheld myself from doing it, the more days increased, the greater the percentage of feeling for doing it.
     
  4. If you can postpone masturbating . . . do that. What is the alternative? Just giving up?
    If you can only hold off for a few hours, then do that. Hold off as long as you can. Until you can't resist anymore. Then try to hold off for just half an hour more.

    If you give in to temptation, then you build a habit of giving in. That's how we all ended up here.

    If you resist, you grow stronger. Eventually you'll be able to go two days without masturbating . . . then three.

    If you do it to relieve stress, find some other way to do that. Go for a walk outside, meditate, listen to some music. Whatever relaxes you.
