Sorry, Citratox, what you are describing isn't Christianity. Call it what you want, but what you are describing is a form of Gnosticism, filtered through New Thought and Eastern beliefs. The Self-Realization Fellowship (founded by Paramahansa Yogananda) is not Christian. They clearly promote "another Christ," and not the Gospel once delivered to all the saints through the teachings of Jesus and His Apostles. You can claim conspiracies and suppression of knowledge and mix whatever type of universalist doctrine in that you want to and come up with whatever New Age hodgepodge of beliefs you desire, but don't call it Christianity. Jesus, for example, didn't "attain" Godhood or Christ-consciousness, He has, from eternity, been the Son of God, even before the Incarnation. He didn't become divine, as he said "Before Abraham was, I AM." THAT is orthodox Christian faith and Christology. Any diminishing of either Christ's divinity or His humanity is error, and these issues were all clearly addressed by the early Church fathers in the first few ecumenical councils.

How many times had the New testament been deciphered, re-written, and altered based upon power, greed, and control from its original context? lol don't give me that Beauty. How many books have been taken from the bible of today? I can name several. Look up the "dead sea scrolls" or the book of Enoch. I know how to think for my self, in fact you could say that I am the one going against the grain and not being a pure "follower" of the mainstream babble that they feed us. Catholic Priests sexually abusing children is only the beginning of the evil they have turned it into.

It's easy to get carried away in a wind of all sorts of new ideas and beliefs. I'm not sure what you are referring to. I read the Catholic Bible, unaltered and pure. Perhaps the main problem of man is his thinking and attitude though. Vices and the problems that come are partly a result of a persons thinking and attitude maybe, not the reverse.

Attitudes plays a major role, but you can't compare that to masturbation. Attitude can change over a life time, attitude is a part of the character. Masturbation destroys the character, it literally rapes the body and mind - and the soul. It's so unnatural, it's so destructive. Especially in excesses. It makes the victim weak, strange, perverted, steals his character and kills his emotions, twists his nature and twists his mind.

Yes.. Animals masturbate. Crikey, I've had cats rubbing themselves up against my arm and dogs raping my leg.

 

Animals does not masturbate naturally, and nowhere near as much as we do. I've also seen perverted dogs and cats - often they can somehow sense the sin of its owner and learn from it, terribly sad.

 

I have not regurgitated one mans interpretations. A very small part of what I wrote and what I believe have come from that man. I have come to these belief based upon many years of non-stop research and experimentation with my own self. Don't believe scientists that try to brainwash you. Masturbation is unnatural. Sexual organs are there only for one thing: reproduce. Anything else is unnatural, and could be really harmful.

Masturbation is harmful, and I don't believe it's a common habit by animals. I've never seen my a deer in the woods jacking off. And it doesn't matter if some animals do it (a small minority) it's still destructive and violation to the physical laws.
