For most people, I believe it can be explained by the need to seek out extreme/novel pornography for addicts. This is actually what caused me to start NoFap before I even officially knew about it. I respect you for considering our perspective, although I am fine with your original comment as well. And as @Onwards90 said, this is mostly a theoretical fetish. I cannot say for sure if I would actually do anything sexual with a transgendered person, because I have never been in that situation - I have only seen porn and imagined scenarios in my head. I believe that this fetish is difficult to understand, not only for people who don't have it, but even for those who do have it as well.
