Daily Intention Thread : "Today, I am... + POSITIVE AFFIRMATION"

Today I will not use Pornbecause I want to help my relationship. and I refuse to be a rat pressing a button.

 

Today I will not use porn because I simply do not need to.

 

Today I will not PM because after I gain back my morning wood, I feel my focus is increasing, I can remember numbers more easily (true story)

 

Today i will not PMO because I want to to develop and maintain a healthy social life.

 

Today I will not use porn because that's not me anymore. I'm someone else, something better. I'm the version of me that only used to exist in my imagination. I don't want to move backwards. I only wanna keep moving forwards.

 

Today I won't PMO because it kills my mood and energy. Also God is very aware of any lustful thought I have, it's pretty embarrassing

 

Today, tomorrow and hopefully forever i will not look at porn or masturbate because there is nothing good with them and they realy have screwed up my life and i need to be free from it. and when i was able to completly avoid PMO for a few months i felt waaay better. (sorry i guess thats more than one reason haha)

 

Today I will not PMO because abstaining helps me cope with the difficult days. PMO helps me cope for an instant, then leaves things more difficult.

 

Today I will not use porn because is't not making me a better person that i was yesterday.
