Got a new app called Cold Turkey, blocked all the porn sites that I use, as well as facebook, instagram, and twitter. Should help the process this time around!

Today I won’t use porn as I’ve had a taste of the positives that come from abstaining. 41 days was my longest break. I’d started to notice social anxiety had decreased and I felt more outgoing. Also urges decrease. No porn today.
