When I started trying to give up pornography in 2010 I found Reid & Gray’s “Confronting Your Spouse’s Pornography Problem” useful. It’s written for the spouse, not the addict like me, but it is still full of examples, implications, and advice that resonated with me.

 

The book, that is helping me on my rebooting myself, and not only my addiction, is "You Can Heal Your Life" by Louise Hay.I recommend it to all!

Here's one I found! I only read the first chapter-ish when I found it in a store but I really liked it and I'm planning on buying it when I have some extra cash. It's not exactly geared towards sexual addiction specifically, but gives a broad spectrum of betrayals to use as examples and shows both perspectives.
