    How can I fix my sleep cycle? I need to get up at 7 am tomorrow. But I have become habitual of sleeping after 3 am. Right now it is 1:42 am and I am not feeling sleepy.
    What to do

  5. I’m trying to fix my own sleep schedule I think I can fix it if I make myself stay up the majority of a day but you should try and set an alarm if you want to get up at 7

    I slept at 6 am. I don't know why but just couldn't sleep. So now I have got up at 2 pm. All my plans have gone haywire.

    Now i have decided to go back to my flat.
     
  7. avoid caffeine before bed try and work on getting your sleeping schedule back in order set your alarm and keep it away from your bed so you have to walk to it to to turn it off. Just some

    From four days I have been sleeping very late in night/ early morning. Last two days I have been sleeping at 6 am. Now it will be very tough to fix my sleep cycle.
    What to do?
     
  9. You can also take a day to stay up the majority of the day then sleep around your ideal sleeping time and set an alarm to get you up

    From today I will start my journey again. I have to plan really well this time so that I dint falter again. This has to be the time when change my lifestyle and change things for me.

    For last 15 days I have not watched porn though I have masturbated 4-5 times. I have to study for my exam. So, I have joined a library and I an trying to study as much as I can.

    From today I will go into hard mode. I am also resuming maintaining this journal describing my journey.

    These are some of my goals. I have tried to keep it simple.

    9 am - 4 pm Office
    5 pm - 9 pm Library
    10 pm - 1 am Library
    No PMO
    No timewastage on social media
    Gym
    Meditation

    The goals mentioned above need not be followed rigidly. I will try to improve my lifestyle everyday.

    I have doubts whether I should be dating or not. I have never had a girlfriend. So it still makes me sad. But I don't want to

    I have just reset myself on the path to become the better version of myself.

    Today, I got up 9 am. Then, I went to the gym and did meditation too for 1 hour. After that I went to office where I studied some cases. Later, I felt asleep from 4:30 pm to 7 pm.
    In the night I studied in the library for my upcoming exam till 2 am. Although, I wasted 1 hour on social media ( Facebook mostly) it eventually turned out to be a good start to my journey.

  14. Just make sure you give yourself enough time to sleep, between 6-8 hours, or else you won't be any use to yourself.

    I have always struggled especially last 3-4 years with my sleep schedule and amount of sleep. For me the problem is not less sleep rather I cannot work whole day without sleeping for 8-10 hours. If time permits and I don't have anything to do I could sleep for 12-14 hours. Now I am trying to decrease my amount of sleep as I have read and listened from a renowned spiritual guru that too much of sleep indicates depression. I generally get very low and demoralised due to inability to discipline myself and follow a schedule to clear my exam. No doubt the exam is tough and requires at least 2-3 months study for 8-10 hours but still I have not been to follow a schedule regularly and not for more than 7-8 days at a strech. After that I break my schedule and with the right intent to take a break I try to relax and would start watching some videos or tv shows. But then I would get addicted and ultimately procrastinate to such an extent that I would keep on watching something continuously for days. This has also been caused due to mental weakness to recover after a setback and also due to pressure of the exam.
    But, now I am trying to follow this schedule and I am hoping that I would continue to do so for at least 12-15 days this time. Then I would take a break ideally of 1-2 days and then restart again.

    I am going strong for last five days. I have improved my quality of life to an considerable extent. This has been my schedule

    Morning
    8-9 am Get up from bed
    9-10 am meditation + gym
    10-5 pm Office
    6pm - 3 am Study in library

    I hope that I keep getting stronger mentally and continue my path towards becoming the best version of myself.
