    Hi Folks,

    So I'm a 26-year-old male, From India

    here are the changes I have observed in the past month of Nofap

    1. Mad drive to get things done.

    2. faster and denser hair growth.

    3.Mental Clarity.

    4. Clearer skin.

    Cons
    Occasional Mood swings.
