I do get nocturnal erections, and I do get erections while masterbating.

With trimix I didnt lose any pleasure or sensitivity. The reason I stopped was because the dosage i needed was too high and i hate sticking a needle in my dick. Got implanted Nov 1 and it was best decision of my life.
I did nofap hardmode for 4-5 months but after going to the urologist and him confirming i had a severe venous leak, it didnt make sense for me to continue. If physiologically he said everyone was fine i would have continued nofap, but since my problem is physical I opted for trimix then implant
