Day 3. Last night I felt growing pains so to speak. But it was tolerable. No coffee day 3. That's why I was able to go to sleep a little earlier. So that worked out well.
Day 4: Last night was not easy. Looking back I ate a lot in the evening trying to distract myself. But here I am. I'm so happy about being on track again. Also day 4 of no coffee. Maybe that's why I woke up so early - without even 7 hrs of sleep but feeling quite refreshed. I'm finding it easy to leave coffee so far, that's such a blessing honestly. I didn't expect that. Perhaps the fact I'm drinking pure matcha green tea 1-2 times a day instead helps
