Usually I post in the 14 day challenge, because that is my aim. But in a week, when I hopefully succeed the 14 day challenge, I will be home alone for FIVE DAYS. And I cannot even go to work.
So my first goal is to manage the 14 days and then my second goal is to push through these nightmare days and reach 21 days. This will be very beneficial for my mental health and my happiness.
