Day 4. Feeling not so good. Cannot concentrate really well and got slightly blue balls. Also slept badly yesterday. Hope this is over tomorrow. Need my energy because Im finishing my studies. Good luck to you all!

I agree with you.. keep up the good work. In my case I’ve had days with noticeable positive changes from staying away from PMOing, like; reduction in social anxiety, looking people in the eye longer while I’m n conversations & a subtle shift in mood in a Positive way on the whole. Then yesterday was very different with strong urges, today no strong urges. Roller coaster! All the best
Day 2 and 3... so incredibly busy with work etc... it's not until my mind starts to shut down for the weekend that I start to feel the urges.
Day 2/21: Still a long way to go, both in this challenge and on my final journey, but my mood is positive I'm strongly motivated but i'll be on watch for urges, they show up when least expected ! Staying strong ! Day by dag moving forward
Day (21) out of (21)... finally done Dear @2525, please add me on the hall of fames. It was difficult but done after some relapses.. I feel great, if I did it, every one can do it.
Day 14 - No PMO I feel very tired and I am worried because I am not able to study everything day after day. I hope to stay focused during the lessons, because that's really important.
Day 2. Depression lightening a bit. Starting taking 5-HTP. Let's see if it works - even a 5% increase in mood would work wonders for me. Invented a method to accept myself and my thoughts. It seems to work although it feels a bit forced. Do you guys want to hear it?
