Starting new, starting strong, again!!!

I just hate myself the guy without control over himself thats exactly who i am.

I think i m just frustrated and want to have sex or is it just porn really dont know.

And relapsed 4th time in day just not getting enough of this shit . Just feeling like shit.

It really hurts how one shity momment takes all the hardwork and leaves u shattered but its time i get selfmotivated and rise again.

I lost control in just an hour and did it again thrice in day!!!hmmmmmm i think i am just gonna stay patient and try to regain my control.

And relapsed twice after 27 days but i feel i have it in me to quit this habit i just need to execute my plan effectively so no giving up.

Day 26....

6 days more and it will be a month so staying focused and not letting urges to be better of me though there are many.

24 days covered sensing little rise in urges but i believe they will dlow nown

And another day covered urges slowing down at least i think.....

21 days complete tells me time to stick to strict time table and better routine.

19 days complete really struggling though.

Glad and really thankful to god for reminding me and making me stronger and keeping my streak.

Had bad urge sometime before saved by the lame sex scenes from youtube movie i watched but good thing is i could control myself

Day 18 completed.

Well 17 days i think my urges are getting strong, But I am STRONGER than THEM.
