    Hi my name is Ripple,

Today I am starting my first day of the challenge after a full morning of being unmotivated and procrastinating my greater pursuits. Porn and masturbation have always seemed like crutches for me to relapse to when I cannot get myself to focus on my actual ambitions. My goal with this challenge is to use it as a starting block for greater things to compound with and to achieve a level of discipline that I never have had before.

For some background information about me, I am an American age 20 about to head off to my second year of college. I am going to school for business, but am highly interested in music. Often times I find myself getting distracted from my ambitions of working harder on school and music by crutches like video games, porn, and internet browsing. I hope that NoFap allows me to improve as a person and helps me to achieve my goals.

Feel free to respond with any guidance.

    - Ripple

  4. Hey, welcome to the forum! nice to have you alongside us fighting the good fight! : )
I strongly advise you to be active on your profile; start by choosing an avatar and then make daily posts to show you're active and needing support/encouragement. They've got a neat little feature that shows freshly posted statuses for all users to see. People will find your profile and give you
    encouragement/support.
You should also highly consider creating a public journal (in the appropriate sectionfor you ) and write about your days in more depth for us members to follow along on your journey!

★ People love to communicate in the profiles section and also the journal section. We need more supportive people though, we could always use your help and in return receive some as well!

Last but not least: Good luck on your journey here, make sure to really give it a try with all your heart!
