hello thanks for your replies,i feel totally lost,i've been watching porn/masturbating compulsively for years, looking at porn everyday for hours at a clip multiple times a day,my bookmarks bar was so full of bad links I had to re-install my browser for a fresh experience, how bad is this going to be? how bad to the withdrawal symptoms get and when do they start?

  5. It’s different for everyone. I can say that for me the first wave of withdrawals I got were downright brutal.

  6. The first days are usually the hardest, once you hit a flatline you won't have any urges and the journey becomes easier but always be careful as the urges may hit back at anytime.
