Hello I am a 33 year old male, got involved with a lot of addicting activities since my early teens. Played a lot of videogames, ate s lot of sugar and did a lot of pmo. Pretty much anything I could get a high off of besides drugs which I never touched. I am 125 days clean of all that including nofap hard mode. I have been having withdrawals ever since. I get into a withdrawal flatline for 7-14 days usually then bounce out for usually a day where I am better then before I started the withdrawal flatline. Every time I come out of a withdrawl flatline I am better than the last time I came out of my withdrawal flatline.

My withdrawals include poor memory and concentration, poor recall, anxiety and sometimes a bit moody. Energy is sometimes low but at this point in the journey it’s pretty solid.

Is this a normal reaction I am receiving with these withdrawals 1-2 weeks of withdrawals then 1 maybe 2 good days of a slightly better version of me then back into withdrawals for another week or 2 until I pop out with more improvements.

Thank you so much for accepting me into your community, I look forward to helping others as well as I future my experience.

This will help you a lot, watch this and say goodbye to urges forever

    https://www.nofap.com/forum/index.php?threads/if-youre-struggling.232140/

But however urges sometimes can attack even if you are focused on something else, when i got rid of those 1% foods which increases urges and started enjoying 99% other beautiful foods it became so much easyer for me ^_^
