Hi, I'm a 27-year-old male and new to this website. I joined because I want to live more freely and with integrity. I want to respect women and be able to resist my urges, whether only in my thoughts or (especially) my actions. It seems that loneliness, boredom, and sadness have pushed me to my destructive porn habit. I'm also trying to reboot for the sake of my spiritual life. I'll be glad to find an accountability partner who also cares about religious matters. But I'm also open to talking with anyone who's actively using this website for genuinely helping others.

This will help you a lot, watch this and say goodbye to urges forever https://www.nofap.com/forum/index.php?threads/if-youre-struggling.232140/ But however urges sometimes can attack even if you are focused on something else, when i got rid of those 1% foods which increases urges and started enjoying 99% other beautiful foods it became so much easyer for me ^_^
