It sounds like you've come to the right place. I'm glad to see that you've made the decision to stop watching porn and masturbating. That's a big step.

I would recommend you start a reboot log here to help you keep track of your progress and stay motivated. Just pick a category according to your age, and start a new thread. If you're having a hard time getting started with it, you can try looking at some of the other logs for ideas and inspiration!
