Day 355. Can’t feel any benefit at all. Except female attraction. What’s the point if I can’t chat to them because of the meds I’m on. Been feeling depressed lately. Can’t get erections or it has a mind of its own. One day it’s up then three months it stays down. Still worried I might have clinical depression because I’m in low moods all the time but most days I’m good. Im overweight by 3 stone which usually takes me 4 month to lose but can’t cos of my meds. Really someone said to me it’s all psychological because they saw how intelligent I was. Maybe nofap is my cure.

In months 3-4 of nofap it got too much. Was having constant brain zaps and anger outbursts. So was eventually sectioned. During my first streak I relapsed after 8 months. Only once. Then after two months, and since April last year of 2018 I’ve haven’t relapsed. Only I watched a porno slightly after an advert popped up but didn’t masturbate. I’ve had 3 wet dreams in 12 months. Drs think I’ve got schizophrenia but that’s bull crap. I was ok before they put me on meds.

I’m a warrior because.. I’m on meds which is causing me to eat junk food, lounge about the house and it’s igniting temptation to watch porn. But I’ve managed twelve months almost without porn. I have a feeling the meds are causing illness. That’s y I’m depressed plus no fapping.

Ten days to go to make it one year.
