Day 270. Avoid stress = relapse. Learn to think. Absorb what’s useful, discard what’s useless, make essential what is your own conclusion.

Day 265, i never thought I’d reach this far. Never lose hope! I’m still struggling psychologically, but hopefully I’m a survivor & you too!

Thank you. Giving up hope is like saying the poor have nothing else to hold onto in times of desperation in times of war and trials. They hold on to faith firmly which they believe gets them out of a hard situation. Never give up because life is a test. And the world is a jungle we have to survive. By never giving up hope that we can succeed.
Nobody is without their weaknesses, learning is human nature. The quicker we climb from a fall the better chance at fighting back & winning!
Day 260.. still on zombifying meds. No libido at all for 6 months intermittent.
Day 253, flatline again for the 5th time. Don’t know how long it will last. Stay strong everyone it gets harder before it gets easier.
How did you deal with the previous 4? Any advice?
Brain zaps occurs sometimes I just learn to cope. The flatline comes then I get angry but not to extent that am crazy. I sleep it off. Or I use cbd capsules made from cannabis hemp plants to keep me sober n sleep. Or I stay active as much as possible. When I can where I can. Vitamin d is important . It can mean the difference between staying happy or going mad.
I can’t really explain it, just test yourself through the waters see how you cope. Take meds if need be
