***The Gratitude Attitude Challenge***

I am grateful for the fruit cockatil i drunk today afternoon, it was so good.
I am grateful for the song "Perfect" by Ed Sheeran, it is a so lovely song.
I am grateful for the very hard work in gym i had today, now i feel satisfied

 

Grateful for:
•a snafu-free day at work, on a day that could have been complicated
•being able to be a calming influence on my wife
•helping some colleagues have a healthier working relationship

 

I'm grateful for the internet.
I'm grateful for a warm, comfortable bed.
I'm grateful for my dog.

There’s two things I know well But it sounds like you’re doing really well and congrats on reaching 8 days. Awesome work.

 

I’m grateful that my flatmates have been more stable and positive recently.
I’m grateful that I called my mum today on the day she received some challenging news.
I’m grateful that I have a little money so I can buy things when I need them - half the world’s population is practically destitute.
I’m grateful to the guy who delivered groceries to my door last night - now my fridge is bursting with fresh food.

 

Grateful:

• To have ended a bad dating experience clearly and promptly

1. I'm grateful that I got a seat despite being late.

A great Hotpot night out last night with friends. Shared lots of laughers.

I am grateful for my workout (indoor bycicle) today, it was the best so far
I am grateful for the healthy lunch i had today
I am grateful for being just happy to be alive and being able to enjoy the little things in life

 

I am grateful for:

• Resisting an opportunity to fall back into old behavior with a former partner that I don’t want to engage with again

• The check ins and positive profile support from the fapstronaught family

• Having gone through a beautiful morning resisting my significant urges.

I am grateful for clean water.

I, RationalBrody, am grateful today for:

• My good Leg workout in the gym
• Having enough whey protein to last me until the spring
• My newfound passion for books
