Day 3/90 .. Going well no bad thoughts keeping myself busy all the day.

 

2 months completed...60 Day challenge also completed...all left in this journey is the single milestone which will be achieved with the completion of this challenge...day 60/90

34/90 not been a bad day / idk how one day I’m flatlining hard then the next day I’m spitting on the house key before I put it in the lock I’m so horny, makes no sense

 

Day 14/90 checking in. Last night was real bad for me. My sadistic exgf stuff. The peacefulness in me is not there now.

Count it all blessings, my brother, when you meet any trial. For you know that each test is an opportunity for growth.

A sadistic ex girlfriend is a great place to look for self-knowledge. There are reasons that you were attracted to her that reveal a lot about you. And the fact that she still has affect over you is a good indication that you should do some self-reflection. For the cave you least want to look is where you will find your most sacred treasure.

You have given her the keys to your heart, there is a reason that you still allow her in.

77 days done...one day at a time, don’t pmo...just today, just today, just today I won’t pmo no matter what... I’ll use the time to do helpful, constructive, positive, creative, difficult, healthy, connecting things that make my life and other lives better...keep going everyone, don’t give up!!!
