34/90 not been a bad day / idk how one day I’m flatlining hard then the next day I’m spitting on the house key before I put it in the lock I’m so horny, makes no sense

 

Day 14/90 checking in. Last night was real bad for me. My sadistic exgf stuff. The peacefulness in me is not there now.

A sadistic ex girlfriend is a great place to look for self-knowledge. There are reasons that you were attracted to her that reveal a lot about you.
